John - Many thanks.

Steve H - Sorry to hear that your also having computer problems. Be careful what you wish for - my wife tried to work from home on here NHS laptop yesterday and couldn't access the cloud - she never can. Hope it gets sorted.

Mr B - Thank you. A few things to sort out with the face, but it's basically there.

The next stage:

100_8370.JPG

Today's session involved painting the cap, then the back of the head and the neck. I then decided to tackle the stripes on the collar, which were a real b****r to do, there being no guide lines. They've turned out reasonably OK, but they will need a bit of tidying up here and there.

Well, not quite Ralph. I suddenly realised that there should be three stripes, not two, so;

What a pain!

You're as bad as me.
Today I was base coating some GW figures and as I was spraying I was thinking I am sure something is missing, finished what I was doing cleaned the AB then noticed I left one on the base when I was test fitting.

Ralph - I thought I'd get away with it, but the collar looks better with three stripes.

Nick - Thank you. I keep plodding on.....

Hi Peter
A bit late in on this - sorry. A very nice sculpt and well done sorting the face. The 3 stripes are a credit to your steady hand. Superb so far.

Looking good Peter, much better than my recent attempt at a kilt on a 28mm figure.....

Neil - Cheers that man.

Andy - Thanks also.

John - Five thumbs is more than enough. Thank you.

Jim - Glad you like him so far. Not so much a steady hand as constant breath-holding. Hopefully his stripy shirt will be easier.

Tim - I would never be able to attempt anything at 28mm, and I know that your efforts will show what a superb painter you are.

For no guide lines the collar stripes are amazing. Wish my hand was as steady, not to mention my eyes.

Andrew - Thanks for looking in. The computer issues are all solved.

John - My eyes are now crossed.

Steve - The t-shirt wasn't easier, but there was less of it - more later. Autumn seems to have arrived with a vengeance doesn't it? Very strong winds, rain and cold here. Is that a work laptop you're expecting?

Richard - John's sitting on his hands again, so you should be safe.
