Looks even more like a 105E Anglia in that one. The reverse rake of the rear window, and the wheel arches... but the bonnet's wrong.

No offence boys, but that looks nothing like a 105E Anglia, whatever you like to call it. The rear end, rear window and bonnet are nothing like the real thing.

I've had a few of these in my youth and my mates did too.

However, I would like to suggest it very well could be a naff attempt at copying one!

I’ve looking using the different names and nothing....
I’ve not find anything about an under construction thread or similar :loudly-crying::loudly-crying::loudly-crying:

Thinking further, are there any far eastern marks that could look like this, perhaps Chinese or Korean?

The meaning of Cyber Punk is to combine old with new so is it a mash up of two or three different vehicles hence the different body part colours?

Anyone for Simca Ralleye?
Rear window pillars have a pronounced forward slope on that.

I've spent quite a lot of time in them too Ron, but I suspect the designer of that model car had been influenced by the 105E, among other cars, and was trying to make a generic 60s car.
One of my mates had a 105E with a supercharged 15-- engine...

Pete

Edit: that should of course read "1500 engine"

I reckon you're right Pete. A right mish mash of various '60's' designs. I doubt very much if Polux's mystery car even existed!..........Unless we find out differently of course.

While we're on the subject, spotted this at the Chateau Impney hillclimb today:P1020963.JPGP1020964.JPG
If I'd thought to take my DSLR I might have got some better shots of the BBMF Dakota's flypast:

Oh, OK, you mean 222? That's a Ford Anglia 105E.

I thought we'd settled the mystery - it is not any particular car.

That the one in my photo above? If so, it was at Chateau Impney hillclimb. I didn'y get any driver/owner details.
