Evening all,
You'll have to forgive me as I did ask this question quite a while ago but I'm struggling to find the post.....
I'm at the stage in a Bf 109 build where the plans are asking me if I want the leading edge slats and trailing edge flaps extended or retracted.
I'll be finishing the model in the wheels down position with canopy open and no pilot figure, basically ready to go, but I'm not sure what position the flaps and slats would be in.
I do remember Steve (Stona) and a few others explaining before that the slats were usually pushed back into position by the ground crew following a landing, but what about flaps? Sorry, I have looked for that post but I cannot seem to find it.
