Hi guys,

I'm getting ready to start building on Tuesday, and absolutely can't wait. I've had this kit since last Christmas and have been counting down the days to the GB. :smiling3:

For a change I'm building straight OOB with no aftermarket parts. This kit just doesn't need it.

I've also bought Spencer Pollard's book to help along the way.

So until Tuesday, here's what's in the box.

At the moment I'm leaning toward the Grim Reapers scheme, I love the decals and it uses three different Grey's so should be interesting to paint.

Hi Bob
That looks a great kit. Even for 1/48 there seem to be a lot of parts. Very nice start made on the cockpit - very neat painting. I am sure you will make a fine job of this.

Evening Bob,

That cockpit look very nice indeed, the displays and buttons really pop .

I did the reaper and shark teeth option on my 1/72 tomcat but I dare say you’ll make a better job of it than my half cocked effort:smiling5:
