Polish 303 Sqn. Hurricane 1940.

Superb kit. This is the 'Standard' version, available with no P.E.

All brush painted freehand using Vallejo Air acrylics. Just a bit of dirt to weather it a bit and a bit of scratching with a safety pin.

I don't much like the usual heavy, accentuated and uniform panel lines. I go over mine last job with a sharp pencil. Then rubbed in with my finger. This gives me a nice subtle line with a 'hit and miss', and let natural light/shadows do the rest for me...To each his own though, eh!

Cheers.

Thank you chaps
....and a special thanks to Murfie, without who's 'contribution', this build would never have happened and I would probably still be in complete ignorance as to just how good these kits are.

Thanks to Colin for suggesting, and keeping this G.B. in order.

Cheers all.

And while I knew their quality was good, I'd never actually built one so after watching your effort, Ron, I've just ordered a replacement to have a go myself. The later Wildcat/Martlet looks just as impressive.

Hi Ron
That's a great result. I don't recall seeing another Arma Hobby kit built but certainly a make to look out for.
