My Arabic is non-existent, but according to Google Translate, the top line says “Meeting 8” (ا لقاه٨ ة as I make it, “a lqah8”), but I can’t decipher the letters in the bottom line. Unless it says هاده (“hadh”) with some additional accents, which apparently means “this”.

Excellent work with a very dusty result to show for it. It's funny how Peter's group build has got you interested in tiny armour, and me in small-ish cars. Who knew !
