Decals on - sadly, they're a little matt - not good against the gloss!P1060065.JPGP1060066.JPG
I'll add the undercarriage & canopy, etc - then this will be finished - just as well, I'm not enjoying a build that I'm not happy with!!!!

Hi Dave
This has fought you all the way. I have just posted on Pete L's thread that the user friendliness of the Starter Kit paints is very variable. My black is nice but the metallics look like they will be problematic. Matt decals on a gloss paint is always going to be difficult.
Well done for getting it over the finish line. As I said earlier God help someone without your experience who bought this as an introduction to the hobby.

One good thing about the decals - they are opaque enough not to show the red airframe through the white of the roundels.

I am almost embarrassed to finish mine as it's so shoddy looking it's just sat there laughing and taunting me.
But well done for preserving with it.
