The postman finally dropped it off today (at the end of my week off  > ) but at least it's here I've ordered some after market bits which is a first and there is a little PE to do which is another first I so a few questions to ask. I will want to get a crew so any ideas suggestions where to get them?.

I'm itching to open it and get started but chores first

Nice choice Dave, plenty of scope for some faded OD there.

For crew figures, you've got a fair selection:

The Dragon kit is probably harder to find, but if it takes your fancy have a look at the kingkit site.

Thanks I'm not 100% sure but I don't think the U.S. Used these I think they were mainly used by others British Polish etc.

Oh I was thinking of the Greyhound! Well I'm sure you'll find some suitable figures if you search yourself.

The aftermarket barrel is shorter than the kit item but it does look better made I will need another .30 cal. barrel as there are 3 but only two supplied in the upgrade kit.

Nice amount of Photo Etch in the kit, I actually like the metal barrel from the actual kit but the aftermarket one does look thicker.

I have got the main hull components together there is a few fit issues but a little filler here and there will sort that and I can get away with filler on armour.

Well a few bits of PE on, not the easiest task lots of superglued fingers but it's a learning curve

A little more progress this week I'm finding the PE a challenge I'm not sure superglue is the best option I've always hated the stuff there must be better options. Any hoo it's not the neatest build and definitely some weird fits gaps etc. but it's getting there is do like the aftermarket .30 barrels I won't be showing any interior as there isn't any the crew will fill the hatches.

Looking good Dave, that stowage set is massive, are you going to use all of it on this kit? me being a cheap skate, would probably use like 1/4th and keep the rest for other kits!

I will probably only use a few bits there is lots of cutting to do so it depends on how much I can do. Plus it's handy to cover irregularities  :D
