Morning Steve

Still a way to go with this one - base, gun, bag, helmet, hat.

Sorry to hear that the start of the fine weather has you stuck at work, but at least it looks like it's going to last for a few days.

Hi Peter
Looks great. I bought a figure once thinking it was resin and when it came it was white metal. It was only1/35 but it was incredibly heavy for its size.

I'm only missing again for a short time and another stunning piece is finished, this really is one of your best yet.

Thank you Mick. It has a few rough spots, but I'm reasonably happy with this one. A good figure by Dog Tag.

Hi Peter it's got to be one of your best that's for sure. My dad got to know quite a few Gurkhas while serving in India during world war II and after the war some of them moved to England and they kept in touch so I've got a bit of a soft spot for the Gurkha regiment. A very proud and friendly race of people.
Pete.

Pete - Yes, they're a lovely people. I occasionally come across groups of elderly Nepalis walking in the countryside around here - they have a love of the natural environment.

Jim - Thank you. I enjoyed this one.

Hi Steve

Glad you like our man.

A heatwave for August Bank Holiday must be some kind of mistake - I was getting prepared for Autumn. Hope the 1 in 5 is not too arduous.

Many thanks Peter and Steve.

I'm enjoying doing these Dog Tag figures at the moment. I found my old version of their Russian tanker in a box yesterday, so that's been in the Mr Muscle overnight.

Beautiful job Peter! Figures in this scale terrify me but you nail them every time.
