Has anyone tried using dri-adhesive instead of plaster of Paris in moulds?

Hi David.
Not used it for moulds but for diorams and for real ! If you use it too thick there is a chance it will crack as it dries.
I used some a day ago and where it was about 20mm thick it developed cracks !

Hi David
I presume you talking about dry wall adhesive some of this could be to do with consistency because the stuff doesn't crack when blobed on the wall behind the plaster boards ,how big are the moulds have you tried something like a fast set joint filler or British gypsum easy fill both can be knocked up quite creamy so could be put into moulds quite easily.
