Evening all,

With temperatures finally falling to a more acceptable level for moggling, the most progress was made this morning
During the week, tidied up the paintwork, the last bit of the detail painting and two layers of gloss on:


Later she was ready for decals and they oh boy don’t disappoint, nicely thin with little carrier film and conforming to the surface easily
A touch of MicroSol was all they needed to be affixed in place:



Next stage the weathering

Peter, Ian, John, Si, Colin, Joe and Tony thanks guys

The last step of weathering took a bit more time than the standard allotted weekend as I’ve started to pick up trailrunning too, enjoying more nature that way but also taking up more free time

Apart from the standard washes, I gave the top side more streaks and spots with the Tammie sets and a thin post shading of diluted black on the ammo hatches for the extra used look:

Some final small pe bits to fit and the canopy’s needed a little clean-up for paint-creep:
