Hi guys. I need a little help please.

I've been working on my Hawker Hunter for the Cosford GB. I'd got it painted and put on a coat of Klear to get a nice shiny surface. I spotted a couple of places where the Klear had pooled so I sanded them off with a sponge. Obviously I need to re-paint and varnish those areas so I thought I'd better clean off the dusty residue with some IPA on a soft cloth.

The Klear had been on for a week so was dry and cured, but the IPA has started to remove it and left the surface all sticky. I'm assuming this must be some sort of chemical reaction between the Klear and the IPA. Am I right in thinking my only option now is to remove all the paint and start again?

Hope it returns Dave, suppose the alcohol in the IPA effected the Klear.
