HMS Hood

After a six year hiatus, I have re-started this project - 1/35 scale manned model of HMS Hood. This year marks 75 years since she was sunk in the Denmark Straight by the Bismarck and 100 years since she was laid down in Scotland. Is there anyone in the Barnstaple/North Devon area that might be interested in being a part of this? The build MUST be completed in all essential elements by 21st May to enable presentation at the HMS Hood Association Annual Dinner in Portsmouth, on the water.

Still one more section (stern) to lay out - this weekend's work; brace base, cut and fit all bulkheads, cut and fit bow and amidship's sides - (four day weekend for me this week!)
