How do I create snow

What's the best way of creating snow is the woodland scenic scatter any good I'm looking to make deepish snow with wet muddy areas.

Yes, it can be very good, for deep snow areas build up the area first then apply the coat.


What ever you do do not use salt! Looks superb and glitters like frost and snow should-but traps water and goes funny-I know I tried it.


The pics show my P-IV in a abandoned snow scene, all using salt.

I swear by this company http://www.precisioniceandsnow.com/armour.html used their snow product a few times and has never let me down yet, Heard nasty stories about baking powder going off after a few months and leaving an awful mess;

I had an experiment with some colloidal silica earlier it went very weired 


How long does the hairspray last fixing scatter is it permanent?
