Only got to see the section of the machine excruding the molten plastic throught the mould and the technician checking the sprues at Tamiya. Walked past all the stored moulds and spotted the panzers and M3 halftracks. Not a very big operation as I suspect it was for exhibition and the main factory was in the back.

Thanks for posting Laurie, watched the first one followed by an aircraft one. Both very interesting, you can quite understand why kits can be expensive seeing all that complex design and manufacturing.
Really enjoyable.

Yes agree Richard. It is of some interest but I would like to see how they gather there info. Also see how they draw out the parts etc.

How they design the sprues. Also similarly the decals.
