I started this kit two years ago on vacation (remember those?), but it's sat half-built since then so I decided to finish it. A straightforward little kit, though lacking a bit of detail (especially the tyres). First time I've tried any kind of diorama/vignette base, I shamelessly copied the groundwork techniques from a YouTube Warhammer video. The sign artwork was created on my computer, printed on an inkjet and glued to styrene, while the oil drum is just a piece of wine-bottle foil.

That’s a good little vignette Mike. Vehicle is completely believable. The groundwork is great, love the cracked earth effect especially.

Beautiful job mike , looks dry dusty and red hot ! Great weathering on the vehicle and a great base , nice to see the wine foil being used too , one of my favourite modelling mediums :smiling4::astonished: cheers tony

That is absolutely gorgeous! But you have got to stop posting 1/35 scale and saying they are 1/72! lol.
