Applying some decals and am noticing that micro sol is softening the klear cote.

Is this a known issue that others have experienced? Can anyone clarify what's happening?

I’ve had this. The klear goes milky, but when it dries out it goes clear again.....

It's had nearly 24hrs....

It goes milky and tacky. As long as I don't touch it it's fine.

My concern is that the sol isn't working properly.

I think it’s working correctly. It probably does the same to the klear as it does to the transfer........I also found that on the off chance that some artefact is left behind, sealing the transfer with klear will bring the surface back to the original finish....

I assumed as much Tim, and on inspection it does appear to have set the decal correctly.

Although it does seem to have softened everything, including the paint, as a little has been removed where I had to 'vigorously' position a decal.

At least I know now and can allow for it.
