Add the wheels and ladder. This is a tall sitter no matter how much weight I put in the nose or near the front. The ladder will have to extend to the ground so I guess I’ll deal with it. The wheels and tires have very nice details so I’m happy with that. Wasn't around when you started this. It has come on very nicely indeed.

Keep up the good work.

Looking good Lee. Surprised she’s a tail sitter though, there is a lot of aircraft forward of the main wheels....

Worked on the “Mitch” this morning finally got the nose landing gear and added a resin wheel to it and got her belly painted Gray. This nose gear was a challenge for me. 858230FB-0FF5-455B-B0FF-1D6AFCBFB588.jpeg9F79256B-C38A-41F7-8C8A-899285FDBF3D.jpeg8E3A2933-A5B9-47EC-B826-B4D29BD4D968.jpeg4D7099DE-7B11-4865-BB47-C7E5B587E9B0.jpeg84CD3DEF-ADA5-43F0-B3A3-09156D9608F8.jpeg

Hi Lee
I had forgotten you had started this. Glad to see it back on the go and almost complete especially as .......
I’ve had it since I was about 16 years old.
..... so that means it's been languishing in the stash for 10 years :tongue-out3: ;) :smiling: :smiling2:

Seriously though it does look nice especially given the problems.

Looking good Lee, got some depleted uranium DC -8 balance weights down in the shop if you need a little.....of course it might collapse that nice nose gear you just finished installing. ;)

Jim. Thanks for returning. I don’t know if I should take that as a comment but thanks.

Rick. I think I will stick to the ladder. Glad you stopped back by.

This afternoon I worked some more on the B-25 Just some little details and I’m calling the “ Lady Luck” finished. The decal “Lady Luck” decal was not wanting to stick but I finally got it to work. I decided to put some better decals for the Star and Bar. I also finished the cockpit and added the top canopy, center turret guns, tail guns and painted the wheels.

She looks good Lee...........Ready for a scrap with the Japs. Well done on a very old kit and a nice little solution to the tail heaviness that was always a problem with these kits. :thumb2: Rick H.

Very nice Lee, seems ages since you took this apart and did the rebuild. The committee had meeting as I'm pleased to announce the award of the dogs.

John Thank you a the committee for such a high honor. It makes the frustration of this build pay off.

Andy. Thanks for the complement it’s almost done
