I have now got the fender etch completed on one side, i had to fold and fit nine of these 20220218_214906-1.jpgwhich bolt each rubber section together, added the fixing to the rear section20220218_225742.jpg and the step things, hopefully I've got just enough wobble along the side to look like rubber when painted and not steel. Now for the other side without knocking this lot off!20220218_224609.jpg

OK well if anyone is interested in the modelling and not the politics right now then here's my progress, all built just a few tools to go on, a quick coat of tamiya rattle can primer then a coat of black followed with some light green preshade/highlighting.20220224_225544.jpg20220224_230020.jpg20220224_230133.jpg

got some colour on now, some details to brush paint, all the little window things can be fitted when painting is complete, then the fun of removing the liquid mask from the lights without pulling them off.20220226_222746.jpg20220226_222959.jpg20220226_223312.jpg20220226_225123.jpg

Looking amazing Mark.
I haven't tried the liquid mask yet, is it relatively easy to use, or a steep learning curve?

Thank you :thumb2:
I made a bit of mess first few times I tried using it with a brush but then I tried using a cocktail stick to apply it and had much better success, like anything, bit of practice and it gets easier.
