Nothing special from a kit perspective but it got the figure painting monkey off my back, thanks to Tim Marlow's SBS.

Modified 1/35 scaled Mk5 Jungle Enfields...the Type92 heavy machine gun is still minus it's legs.


1/700 USS Clifton Sprague...actually finished up to commission specs but I'm adding railings and a bit of wash to bring up the details.

I am late in this, as usual but, I wanted to add for this year Ian's 1/72 U-82 build.

He says his photographs are poor, in the fact I suspect, regarding background more than anything. I love sinky...floaty...sunky things and have gone back and had a real good look at his build.

Superb, paint work and weathering, the hues of the greys and blended camo, so light in application and of course...rust.

Only two completed this year as a lack of interest to be honest.

The first was an R/C 1/32 Arkmodel/Hooben Perkasa which fought me all the way, so sold it as soon as I finished it.

The other a special build for the daughter of a close friend, who passed away before he completed his 1/1 build.
