Maybe I'm not looking in the right places. Having watched a couple of prime military programs on jets and the Fleet Air Arm I thought I would look up some modern and post war jets. Jaguar, Tornado, Harrier and so on. Not sure of 1/48 or 1/72 given modern jets are bigger than the old WWII planes. But in either case and whilst there are a reasonable few out there there is not a great choice IMO of British/British-USA models.

Is it just me ? Or am I missing something ?

Type in the scale and aircraft you want into Scalemates. It'll bring up all your options

Sea Vixen - Airfix.
Phantom - Hasegawa plus resin cockpit + other resin and brass.
Tornado - Revell + resin + brass.
Lightning - Airfix +resin + brass.
Lightning T4 - T5 -Sword plus bits from your resin and brass.
That's enough there to keep you going for a few months and all 1/48 scale.
Mike

I use Scalemates a lot to keep a database of my stash and AM bits, (also my VERY long wish list). It's also a great place to find reviews.

BTW. I'm AlanG on there too :smiling3:
