Nozzle size

I am about to start priming my cockpit for my mosquito, I have a
0.4 nozzle , is this too big , should I be using a smaller one .

A lot of variables to consider to give a good answer to that one.
Air pressure, type of paint, the viscosity of the paint and needle control. (Single or dual action).
Generally a 0.4 is OK for most things, moving down to a smaller size for very fine detail and/or thin paints/lacquers.

Hi Ian , using mrp paint , spraying at 15 psi , I have harder and steenback infinity 2 in 1 , does this seem ok

Should be. Its a case of try it out on a test piece. A bit of card or an old kit for example.
