I managed to drop my main airbrush and broke the trigger:

The top is actually the bottom and should have two eyes with a pin through them. I now have half an eye and no bar :disappointed:

I've had a quick look online and have had no luck so thought I'd see if anyone here knows of a way of obtaining a new trigger?

Here's hoping!

Looks to be well out of production and no sign of spares....

So it's looking like a new one :disappointed: Considering Iwata eclipse CS as I like dual action gravity feed. Seems popular with others here.

Hmm...for someone with metallurgy skills perhaps!
Found something close but its £20, which is a lot on a gamble.

Could you rob that part from one of the cheap Chinese clones?

I could try, but no guarantees it will fit and seems like wasted money. Think I'd rather lay it to rest and get something I know I can service.

Bit like an old car I guess...how long do you keep paying to repair it!

But now you have me wondering whether it's soldable....looks like I only have to fix the bar and not having to relevel or build anything up...thanks Pete for the inspiration!

Thanks Pete for reminding me it's possible to repair things with a little effort!

Bought a cheap soldering iron and after many failed attempts got the pin to stick. It's ugly, but it works! For how long...we'll see.
