is that building Italeri by any chance? it looks very much like a scaled down version of the 35th scale one they used to do
It is exactly that. They released a number of their old 1:35 scale buildings in 1:72 some years ago, after they got into the wargaming market.

Looking good, though I would suggest a lot more rubble. Build it up with some foam against the building first and cover that in rubble, kind of thing — much of the first floor and possibly all of the roof would be missing on this building, after all, and all that rubble has to go somewhere. A lot is going to end up on the pavement outside :smiling3:
