Hi it was meant to be the Rolls Royce armoured car but the wife bought the wrong one but it will do @ Polux will start it in the new year just like the Hummer build

Looks like two options for those strips

Glue them on the sprue or scratch some out of flattened "something"

Looking at the destructions, it looks like they are either sway bars or steering rods, I would make new ones out of a bit of brass wire or plastic rod.

Thanks for the tips Colin and Ian iv'e already glued them on the sprue thats why i stopped if that doesn't work then like Ian said some plastic rod

springs were for sissies in them days i think,same as parachutes lol,seen the breakages though once painted will look ok

looks a nice simple chassis layout, those little breakages won't be an issue when painted and weathered up a bit as You and Ole have said. :smiling3:
