As you know Ian, me and things with wings do not get along=I just cannot build em, however, I do like looking at them when others are building and I have to say...she looks a cracker mate.

Superb detailing and workmanship, for a old kit you have certainly breathed life into her-she looks amazing.

Thanks guys, there’s not much more I can do to this build wise. I’m still waiting on the undercarriage struts to arrive from Airfix. Still some weathering and chipping to keep me busy though.

Careful where you chip as quite a lot of areas on the Hurri were built the old way with stretched fabric. Just saw a restoration video on it.

This is looking quite special. Great paintwork. Come along Mr Airfix, give Ian his legs please, we want to see this on finished. Although, is there a stand included for 'flying' mode ?
