Rick. Thanks for posting your collection I’ve enjoyed it. It takes some good skills to accomplish what you’ve done in 1/87. Bravo my friend

...And more Tanks and Tank Destroyers... Sturmtiger, Tiger II, Elephant, Jagdpanther and a Jagdtiger. The little shelter was an exercise in painting under a binocular microscope to see if I could paint SS camo patterns.P1011164.JPG

I saved the best for last...I entered three modeling contests. The first was at the 1/87 Scale Vehicles Club West Coast Meet in the Spring of 2004. The second was in the Winter of 2004, at the Santa Rosa IPMS Chapter Meet. The third in early 2005, was at the IPMS Santa Clara Chapter Meet. The awards are small in comparison to the satisfaction in knowing I have done the best I could and I am proud to be associated with as fine a group of people as are on this forum. Thank you all for your kindness and support. Rick H.P1011168.JPGP1011166.JPGP1011167.JPG

Thanks so much Rick for taking the time to post a fantastic collection of vehicles. The gongs were more than rightly awarded for such microscopic work. I can't pick a favorite as they all so good. Thanks again!!!

Allen, Steven and Peter, Thank You all for your kind remarks it is nice to know that you enjoyed the "show". I now have to redouble my efforts as there are over 600 still unbuilt models in the stash....so little time.....Thanks again Alles.
Stay safe, Rick H.

Some well-deserved awards there Rick - great work throughout and thanks for sharing.

Is all your stash in 1/87 scale? If so, it might be a lot of kits but it won't be a big stash! :smiling:

Yes Dave it is all 1/87 scale. That is the beauty of small scale modeling....much in a small space. Thanks for dropping by, I'm glad you liked my "Mini Hoard". Rick H.

Happy to do it JR. Incidentally, I posted the two vehicles you requested in the Completed Softskins Section on their own thread. Look for them there. Cheers Mate, Rick H.
