Graham (Scuff) suggested a section for aircraft photos so just for starters, we'll try with this one. If it gets big I'll split it up into sections.

Please try to follow these guide lines.

NO photos of models.

Only Photos that you have taken.

NO Critique or suggestions, UNLESS the poster of the photo asks for comments or suggestions. We have a "Photography section" for that sort of thing.

Try to name the photos with what things are; we are not all experts...

Posts that do not abide these simple points may be removed

In view of this might get sorted at a later date, please keep things simple to move. So please, no posting tanks, aircraft, boats and all in one post. Keep them in there own post.

Any questions and comments about this, in this thread please.

Ian, is this thread just for photos we have taken because I found a site a while ago with loads of photos of WW2 German aircraft. I posted it on the forum, but wondered if it would be better placed here.

If you agree I'll find it and post it.

Cheers,

Tony.

It's just a place you can post your own pictures.

Not sure if this post should really be in chit-chat as I didn't manage to get a photo.

Was finishing up some gardening when I heard a rumble...it got louder and louder and when I looked up a great big C-47 flew over the house, I have seen one on the ground but not in flight. It could only have been around 500ft up, had D-DAY markings on the wings and was a wonderful sight.
