Well, if it's as good as their carpets........

Ah - temperature starts at 450degC so a bit hot again and it also has the same tool type as the Chinese one. It does at least have a CE mark on the box though

I don't know how it would get up to 450C if turned down to 0,5V. I'll ask them next time I'm in Nuneaton, I think they have one in the demo area.

Thanks Guys for your help on this. What I want is the needle tip so the Axminster's a non-starter for me-especially at the price; I may as well go with RAI RO- but I'm still dithering
