I got a message through Ebay asking if I would do another one for the guy that bought one from me.

'Good evening..... Absolutely ages ago I bought a model of a rusty u boat submarine from you and l was wondering if you would be able to help me with creating another one.
I also remember the titanic diorama or model that you sent me photos of.
Thanks again and I hope you will be able to help me
Kindest regards
Frank'

He also wanted to have a go at making one himself.

Now, some of you may remember I had a commision build for one of these and the guy then balked on paying...this time I got material costs upfront.

So, as you can see I am 80% finished but there is still the props to add, a wash and some more detailing and the stand to make.

Excuse the pictures they were taken last night and the flash went off making the sub look lighter than it really is.

Wonderful work Si. You have captured a moment in time really well. Have you ever considered doing one on the sea bed covered in resin??
