All done. Built mostly out of the box with Eduard cockpit and mask set used. Very nice kit but it needed a bit of shimming between the wings and lower fuselage but not much other filling needed. There is lots of scope for more added detail, in a future build I’ll have a go at added resin bits.

Superb build rick , love the classic phantom scheme. The ones we used to see at the Finningley airshow were always in this scheme , nearly as loud as the lightnings too ! Great paintwork and weathering , love the oily underbelly. He's packing some heat too , ready for a north sea QRA to see off some Bears . Cheers tony

How well I remember sitting in a train at Leuchars station when two of these were scrambled. The end of the runway was just the other side of the station road.

The noise and the suddenness of it gave me the fright of my life.
