Here is what I'm starting with....hoping to make this an interesting build by adding the fact that it is a captured vehicle being used by the Wehrmacht for transport....lets see what happens.P1011463.JPG

Thank you Allen and Bob! Just finishing my "Morning" coffee and thinking about how to approach this one.

Nice Rick. I’m going to change this up and sit by BOB the Stug and I’m going to see what happens. Beer????? Is that the only beverage you have ??? How about some Yorkshire tea I can’t get drunk on this forum

Small update here, Since this is going to be a captured vehicle employed as a transport,P1011532.JPGP1011533.JPGP1011534.JPGP1011535.JPGP1011536.JPGP1011537.JPG I decided it needed a trailer. For Mr. T's tanker I discarded the cargo bed and tarp, so I have resurrected it and some other bits to make a trailer for this project. Along with that I have upgraded the exhaust system as well as adding a driver's side door mirror. also the tranny hump and a gear change lever were also required. Rick H.

Rick. Nice start are you going to cover the tarps like Simon explained to you how a couple builds back I remember? That would be neat.

Funny you should ask Lee, I did use that technique on my MAN 4500 L as you might recall. This time I am going to try a different approach. I have a soda blaster, and I am going to try blasting the tarps after I have sculpted them a bit with a file. If I up the pressure enough, I'm hopping to get a rough canvas look that will give the right look without fussing with tissue paper. If that doesn't work there's always......tissue paper. :thumb2:
