I finally crossed the finishing line with this, a departure from my usual 1/72 scale comfort zone. I enjoyed it for an old kit with a few issues but nothing really troubling, a missing part and no IP decal or seat belts - the latter two being my only deviation from the kit contents.

Another first was free hand airbrush painting of the upper surface camouflage. I wouldn't say this was a difficult build compared to smaller scales but there are differences in the approach you have to take.

Would I do another? Not yet.

Thanks for all the tips, advice, information, encouragement and compliments along the way. I will post better pics when I return home.

Looks a very nice model Rick. Look forward to more photos. Cannot give a great build but do as there is no button to press.

Don't know why the great build button is missing, maybe a mod could explain?

For some reason, GB buttons don't exist in this section, so no one can have a great build.

So what, with a build like this it would only get worn out anyway.

She looks Great.
