I've just read this one from the start & it really is a painting tour de force.

I'm half inspired, half envious & wholly amazed

All trial and error Ralph, I am sure you will get it how you visualise it.
You're so right Graham.

We wouldn't be modeller's if we didn't mess up;)

Hope you are satisfied with the chest armour Ralph, I know I would be.
Thanks for the kind words:smiling3:.

To be honest Graham I'm not fully satisfied(I've been having a couple of weird days with my illness).

I've been looking at it and I thing it will be alright when I have added the reigns:smiling3:.

Just work on another part for a while and see if it grows on you Ralph. Easy to overthink things in these situations ;)

I've been working on the neck and head armour.

I've also been working on the reigns. And another disaster, yes I managed to break the reigns,It was very hard to replicate a replacement but I did the best I could,oh well.....

Also got the base colour of white on the shield.

It's a pity about the reigns breaking but your fix is looking good for now a bit of putty squeezed onto the wire and I doubt you'd notice.

The horse is looking fantastic and I really like what you've done to the chest plate.
