Paul Thanks mate and I think your right I did look at it and wonder. They give you a choice for towed and ready in various items it's a pity theu didn't give a choice for sight fitted or stowed.

I've read where even some SP arty crews will dismount the sights while traveling to protect the delicate instruments. PaulE

Their the ones they are useful for this sort of things and to show rags etc.
Have to experiment with them myself - all of this sort of thing is new to me - never tried to make tarpaulins, rags or material on any model before.

A great job Scottie. The chipping is spot on. Who needs chipping fluid???... the wifes finest hairspray always does the trick everytime ;) :thumb2: :cool: . Keep it coming my friend

The gun has received a pre shade a coat of dark yellow. This was followed by green and red stripes to the shield, cradle and barrel. When this was dry the whole thing sealed with a coat of Klear ready for the next stages.

The sight was also wrapped in a cloth.
