Hello all,
This is up next the AFV M16 Meat chopper. As usual there is the associated bling, plus some replacement .50 calibre barrels.

On initial inspection the mouldings are a little soft on detail but the panels are nice and thinly moulded. Also in the box are springs for the suspension a small etch fret, a rope, tires and decals for 5 versions including US, Polish and JGDF.

I'm looking forward to building this. Hope you can join me at the bench.

I remember the old matchbox kit of this. Be nice to see it’s big brother get the Scottie treatment.....I think I have some reference shots of the gun somewhere if you need them. They were taken at the Pegasus bridge museum....

I'm in for this Scottie as having an old Tammy kit of it. Obviously can't compare with the newer AFV kit plus the bling that you're gonna festoon it with the Scottie flair. Pop corn and pumpkin seeds at the ready.

Cheers,
Richard

Thanks guys, good to see you all, I have made a start but will wait until I have something decent to post. There are a lot of small parts that go to make some nicely detailed assemblies. There are also some bad injector marks that need to be dealt with.

Tim,
I have some pictures of the guns, but if you have any I would love to see them.

The radio mount, pony motor for power turret, & gun wiring were the toughest to find in my research. An excellent choice. PaulE
