So a couple days ago Mini Me asked if I had anything up my sleeve with this build, I was leaning toward OOB at that time. I could sense the devastation I caused Rick with this, I could feel how.... crestfallen he was. Well, I just can't live with that, turns out my narcissism only goes so far. So Rick, lament no more Buddy. I realized I had an Eduard photo etch set for the Ausf. B which I can still use a lot of. I'm not bristling with pride so far, but not so ashamed of my results not to post here. It's not Scottie- or Jakko- quality stuff but I'm still hopeful everyone likes...

Thank You very much David ! I see so much great model detailing online and want to achieve those results as well, but really I'm hit or miss in my efforts. At least I still love the hobby at the end of the day lol.

Don't put yourself down Ron i think its dandy mate ,I'd be narcissistic enough not to paint nothing like loving your work as much as yourself ,keep it coming looking forward to the next installment. Dave

Ahhhhhh Ron, you shouldn't have gone to all that trouble just for little old Mini Me! Here I am, getting ready to start a COMPLETELY OOB GB chopper (soon's I get my Rooskie Tanks done) and you go and haul out all this shiny metal stuff and start dolling up your track!! :tongue-out3: Hold on ............had to put my "cools" on so I can see all the fancy gizmos you have installed. I happen to agree the the above Mr. Lovell, excellent stuff so far and looking forward to what comes next.:thumb2: Rick H.

Looking very nice there :smiling3: Is this going to be the /6 mortar carrier you mentioned in the other thread, or haven’t you decided yet (because there's a ? in the thread title)?

LOL ! Jakko wins the free bowl of soup for noticing the question mark ! While I still can Jakko, I might do a 250/3 instead, I have the radio from a previous project and I fancy that version for this body style, I think it would be as interesting....

It's stunning already..... Can only imagine what it will look like once finished!!!

Yet again I find myself considering the futility of my modelling existence.

Will try my best to keep up with the build.

Thank You Andrew ! This photoetch (for me] takes a lot of patience and if I'm sore or tired at the workbench then I"ve learnt to just leave it alone. But practice is definitely key of course and the process is becoming a bit more intuitive !
