Morning,
Here is a little something I’ve been playing about with over the last few days. I built and painted the kit a few years ago and wanted something to practice weathering on, so pulled it out of the box In the loft.

Finally a clear, dry day down here on the south coast....so out I went to take a few pictures in the garden.


As said it’s been a practice piece but always appreciate constructive feedback.

The rivets tell me it's a vintage Airfix kit. But anyway, you've done a great job on it. Trying to weather to an effective level on a little 1:72 is quite a tricky thing to do, but you've done it.

Very impressive work and finish Mr. Benson and in such a tiny scale too!!! The yellow nose is really well done.

Now, how many fingers am I holding up? No Si, not 13...On one hand Buddy, not two hands…….8?, no sorry, but it looks like spec savers for ya in the new year………………..

Looks good to me, weathering is just right not too much and not too little, just right.

Yes very vintage....came in a clear bag along with a Spitfire both for less than £5. I picked them up to encourage my son to build and paint something simple but ended up painting it myself

Cheers Mr D . It was only a muck about build and a bit of a test subject for weathering so glad you liked it.
don’t know about spec savers....more in need of weight watchers after all the grub I’ve been eating
