Made a start on the snow using Gorilla wood glue, micro balloons, Precision Ice and Snow snow and their ice wash

I shall see how it looks tomorrow night and if not too bad will take some more photos

John - micro balloons are microscopic hollow spheres sold as a resin/glue filling powder. I mixed them into some wood glue to get a thick white paste to bulk up the base ready for the snow powder

Well, earlier last night I finished this one off. Painted the base black and added some final small amounts of snow on his equipment, jacket, boots, trouser bottom edges and the ammo cans

Morning John/Steve - thanks. The snow fall on the base was a little heavier than I originally planned but I don't think it looks too bad
