Excellent paint work on the figure Bobby, I do like the 'extras' you have put on him, great stuff....

Keep in mind where he is though, he's going to be covered in muck, dust and god knows what else!

Terrific stuff, I'm enjoying watching nearly as much as you are building it.

Cheers,

Ron

finished sniper figure.

well, thats the figure finally completely done. i think he's looking not 2 bad. (i still think i might try oils with my next figure, acrylics can look a bit rough, probably coz they dry so quickly). but i'm still happy with him. and think he'll look great placed in postion on the dio.

the last touches where to glue the gun straps on, lightly brush a bit of varnish onto the face (just to give it a light shine so it wasn't so flat), then i brush glued a little dusty dirt to his knee's and on his boots.

Bobby, you have every right to be happy with him.

The painting and the extra bits you've added to the figure, like the building, is a credit to you.

Well done,

Ron

no, that's ok john. the problem of shine on these pics was coz they where taken indoors against the game screen, so the flash of the camera was on. it was the only way i could get the juxtaposed style photos  . as for my normal pics on the completed page, some of them are better but due to bad weather up here in glasgow, they had to be taken indoors aswell

I've had a look at your finished set of pictures, now I have more to see. Great stuff!

You're right Bobby, it is difficult to prevent 'shine' when shooting indoors...

You could always be brave and use Ron's patented method to avoid this....Dip the **g*** in polyfilla powder!!! lol

Well done on a great job.
