Thanks to you all for the kind comments.
This was an enjoyable dio, limited to base size does make you compress every thing in, but it worked well.
The breaking through that wall was made better by having the 2 sheets of 5 mm foam board glued together and leaving the card on both inner faces, this gave the impression of the wall flying out.
John .

You may remember this build from earlier this month.
My technical adviser, one known to you all as Simon T, or in some circles mainly the Plymouth ( Steve Rivet Jones) area as the the master from the Dark Side
has kindly drawn out for me a backing sheet of a factory.

Simon sent me this as as three separate PDF files so I could print them out and use accordingly

They have been printed out and mounted onto some stiffer photo paper. This morning I cut and trimmed and glued them to the back of the dio.

I took this from the top from the rear.

Unfortunately when you photograph it it doesn't show it well, but anyone looking can see it clearly.

Thanks Simon.

Hi John
Very kind of Simon although he has always been one of the very good guys. An effective way to display a dio.

It certainly does add to the overall view, hard to achieve from the just a few measurements Peter.
