Here is my Cosford Challenge entry finished.
A nice little kit.
All brush painted with Vallejo Model Air Acrylics.... and a bit of jiggery pokery with a pencil!

Thanks chaps.
With this Zero I've tried to model it in the desperation of the Japanese Military. The American Fleet is nearing Okinawa. Just one step from the Homeland.....

Anything and everything is being made ready to hurl at the invaders. No matter what the state of the aircraft.

The Divine Wind approaches.......

570, I really like the "War Torn" effect you have achieved. Makes for a real feeling of desperation on the part of the Japanese Empire. Cheers, Rick H.

Thanks boys.... :thumb2:

Shame you had to spend so much...

Yes, and even more annoying, after I'd bought this 1/72 model for under a fiver, on the last lap of the hangers at Cosford I came across a 1/48 version for less money. I resisted the temptation!

That is rather nice, I just love it, it's hard to imagine it's a £5.00 build.
