Looking good Steve. Shake looks suitably bashed about. Havelock looks a little clean in comparison, though I don’t think you’ve finished it yet….

The Havelock is a lot darker/ worn in the flesh. also has an annoying seam line, for which I have ordered a 1mm micro chisel

God those eyes, have such depth and make it look real .
Like how you paint the white, again gives it depth.Nice

Bit more wear and tear added to the 'cross belts' (if thats the right word for them), Detail to be added to the button straps (again if thats the correct terminology, apologies if not);

1mm Micro Chisel arrived yesterday so hopefully can get rid of that pesky seam on the neck curtain.

Belts finished and weathered. Scarf Painted and shoulder boards painted, Pipe painted and glued in. Need to paint his 'plume' next;

Just waiting for the 'red; to dry and can then get a coat of matt varnish on him.
