Just a small update on the cockpit. Moving along slowly.

I’ve completed the cockpit, and now stuck the two fuselage halves together so no going back now. So far fit seems quite good. There are a few minor raises edges where the two parts join, probably could of lined up better had I noticed at the glueing stage. Sure a bit of sand paper or small amount of filler can sort any minor variations.

Cockpit looks really nice. Getting the fuselage halves together is always nice to get done. It can be problematic on small planes at 1/72 so this biggie at 1/48 - well done indeed.

Probably a pointless update but just fixed the two wings to the fuselage. Will leave the glue to set properly for a few hours now.

A 1/72 Lanc doesn't fit into my display cabinet. In 1/48 I would have to build an extension to accommodate it. One big mother of a kit ...
