Not part of the kit just supposed to look like the wiring loom exposed as the tank and seat are off, your comment pretty much answers my question, unfortunately I don't have any thinner wires (they are telephone wires ) back to the drawing board, perhaps I will try cotton dipped in pva glue then painted, we will see.
Ken....... The wires from a computer network cable are much thinner than telephone wire....... seven colours..... I have some at work we use. If you want some to try PM me your address and I can send you some...... We have some small black heatsink as well that will be ideal, and will look like "Loomwrap".

Messy mechanics Ken, leaving tools all over the place. I think a bit of a tidy up is in order! Nice progress.

I agree, they do look a bit too thick, maybe cotton would be better.
You could consider thread tape as it is much thinner than insulation tape.o_O

Beyond that, amazing build and dio!!

Hi all a small update on this.

Had to remove the moulded on front sprocket as the engine is off the bike so it wouldnt be there.

Great job on the frame Ken......... The rust on the rear end at the top is a nice touch...... They always seem to have that. I`m not sure why...... But take the seat off a Japanese bike and "There it is". :D

Hi all here is an update on this one, thanks to Peter(takeslousyphotos) he sent me some networking wires which are half the thickness of telephone wires, I am now happy with the wiring loom, I dipped the ends in clear bathroom sealant for the plastic insulation over the ends of the copper connectors also I used flattened soldering wire for the cable ties to the frame..
