Bart ... certainly is quite different from the "rocker" type suspension i've built on other AFVs
Anyways, this is where i'm at now ... some times life gets in the way and a couple of trips to the vets and starting the redecorating of the bathroom halted progress for a while.
Got some "tie-down hooks/bars" added to the hull, these were welded on in the field to assist in carrying equipment. also added a bit of extra equipment (basically tissue paper "canvas rolls" and some spades and field tools)
There's another thread about scale differences, this is the difference between the two sets of tamiya figures in this kit ... as Richard (bunkerbarge) says, it'll make for a more natural scene as there'll be a difference in the figures as there would be in real life.
thanks for the supporting comments throughout guys.
well after a week or so of losing a long term family pet, our Timneh Grey Parrot (sad times) .... having to take the big white fur ball (pictured in avatar) to the vets for his yearly MOT which he hates (it took four of us to hold him down to trim his claws ... git!!).... having the grandson with scarlet fever, then suffering a gastral issue (he's in hospital on a drip as i type, worrying!!) and in between all this redecorating the bathroom ... my wallpapering skills are reminiscent of a scene from abbot and costello or laurel and hardy ....... i finally finished this build.
