Although I have not been posting of late I have managed some bench time. Some of the vehicles need the build side finishing before I go on to adding accessories. I am still on with the figures which are coming on slowly. There is also a bit more scratch building to be done on various bits. One thing I know is it isn't going to be finished for the end of the SIG.View attachment 115289

Looking good Terry, lots going on in there.
Thanks Joe it is starting to take shape now. It doesn't feel like I have been at this one for six months.

Today I have started making a few bits of webbing that will be piled up when made(only another five or six to do). The straps are made from electrical tape.

I have also added a few bits to the radio compartment on the chevvy. I have just noticed that the straps on the map folder need touching up a bit. The cable inside the compartment is what was used when the poles on the side of the vehicle were erected. In the photo the map folder straps appear to be quite big but when viewed with the naked eye they look ok.

So great work going on here Terry.I must try a Diorama myself.Although it will have to involve an aircraft.

Go for it you won't regret it. It is quite addictive once you get into it and it opens up many more possibilities for show casing your work.
