I had a whole day free yesterday so I did nothing but kit bashing.

And as I will have all panels off i will also have the engine on show.

And here's the result of yesterday's work.

And everything seems to be going well at the moment with no problems to report

This looks like it's coming along very nicely. I've just noticed this thread but I'll stick around and watch this come together  :D

Hi Peter, looking very nice, I still need to build up the courage to start my Tiffy.
Just as a matter of interest, have you tried a black pin wash on the ammo belts? It really makes them pop and give some feel to the indevidual rounds :smiling:

Something like this. The pnwash also gives an "aged" look to the brass and copper of the ammo.My pix are of a 1/32 Mustprang, in 1/24 on those big 20mm's it will really pop :smiling:

Time for go all my GBs for the time being and try for a big push to finish this one.
To give you an update the body work is together and now looks like a aircraft I had problems with the cowling around the front radiator and has needed a ton of filler and I have add some wash to ammo belts20170320_091100.jpg 20170320_091110.jpg 20170320_091120.jpg 20170320_091141.jpg 20170320_091147.jpg
