Just a few pictures and brief words about the weekends project.

The kit was a cracker to build and almost built its self. Great fit and clean moulding.

A few tips. Add nose weight. There is plenty of room both either side of the nose wheel and under the cockpit pan.

The decals are great...Well mine where. One to watch out for is the large ID number 230 on the on I did. They are quite large and mega thin. I had to unfold one of them four times befor I got it down flat!!! Most be tough though as it didn't even crack.

Hope you like it. Comments welcome.

Oh the stripes. I knew there was some thing I forgot to say. The decals for the stripe are, or where for me, a pain in the rear. I gave up after trying to get the fuselage ones on.

Masked it up and painted them on in stead...

I confess that this is not an aircraft I'm familiar with, but that is a cracking built there Ian, very nice indeed!

A very nice Seahawk Ian, it looks great. Can you still see stripes when you close your eyes?

Very nice Ian, I saw the Seahawk at RNAS Lossiemouth in the 1960s, always thought her simple lines were very graceful, you have done her proud as usual. Cheers Derek

Thanks for the kind words and the stars!

I quite like the Panama stripes as well so I am looking at the Wyvern as well.
