Like you say It's in the eye of the beholder, a nice sunny summer afternoon, then its over the top, a wet winters day landing on a muddy grass strip then maybe not enough. You see were I'm going? You've done a great job for the first time. it will come with experience. I'm still learning the fine art of weathering.

Thank you Pete, I saw a picture on the web of the underside of a Spitfire from WW2, and it was covered in oil, so I tried to replicate it.
JUST noticed this Garry very well done an a first attempt wow beautiffull spitty
looks real i dont think you have gone over the top on wheathering as im rubbish at it but you have certanly mastered it an to get the dogs award as well at this rate you will be one of the top modelers on here very well done
